How To Return An Item
DJ Mate will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase of any djmate.com.au products returned within 30 days of the shipping date, excluding Shipping & Handling charges.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Mail your item via Registered Post or Courier to the supplied return address.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging along with a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt / invoice.
Returns may also incur a 10% administration / re-stocking fee if we need to search for invoices, phone numbers etc. Allow 1 week for processing.
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Please report any manufactures faults immediately to us. Items still under manufacturer's warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorised.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Credit card charges will be made to Danielle Sullivan trading as DJMate.
All prices and payments are made in Australian dollars.
All prices include GST.
There is a 7-9 day turnaround on DJMate products within Australia.
We ship to Australia and internationally.
We use the following carriers to deliver orders within Australia:
- Australia Post – Regular Parcels
Postage internationally will be quoted separately. DJMate will contact buyer to confirm order and postage costs.

- Australia Post – Regular Parcels: 2 to 6 working days depending upon your location (from shipping date)
- Postage internationally - DJMate will contact buyer to confirm delivery time frames
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and dimensions of your products and your location. For Australian customers, before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have an opportunity to cancel the order.
For our international customers shipping will be quoted separately. DJMate will contact buyer to confirm order and postage costs.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
